Website Content and Flowers In Our Bouquets

We have endeavoured to represent as closely as possible the products we offer using current photographic technology.  However, we cannot be held liable for printing errors.  In addition, due to the nature of the natural materials used in the manufacture of the majority of our products, some slight variations in actual goods may occur.

With our colour options you can choose the primary colour of your bouquet, and we will pick complimentary flowers to go with your choice. Please note that all images are to be used as a guide, as flowers are subject to availability at the time. Please call if you want to know exactly what is available on a given day.

 

Customer Satisfaction, Guarantee and Returns Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products please contact us immediately by telephone or email and we will happily provide you with a replacement.

Currency and Payment


All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). 
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, the total you will be charged will be converted into your local currency by your credit card company.  We have no control over the exchange rates credit card companies choose to apply. It is also important to note that the customer is responsible for paying any tax and duty applied to their purchase.  Payment may be made in pounds Sterling by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Access, Delta and Visa Electron.

When ordering online our payment provider is PayPal. When buying online you do not need a PayPal account. You can pay via Credit Card or your PayPal account, with PayPal as our payment provider. We do not hold or have access to your card details for online payments. This is securely handled by PayPal incase of a refund.  Please see “other ways to order” below for further details.

Delivery

We deliver locally within an 8 mile radius of Lincoln (Delivery cost included on all internet orders). Local delivery is £5, included in the product price within our existing website delivery radius. This is a website only offer price. For delivery outside of this area you must select the addition Nationwide/Relay price.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Access, JCB, Solo and Visa Electron.
For orders received by us by 11.00 am delivery can be made the same day. Otherwise please state preferred delivery date and time.

Peak floral deliveries - such as Valentines day, Mothers day and Christmas week, we recommend that all orders are placed two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

For Mother's Day - a full delivery service is available.

Products

All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

In the event that we are unable to supply the Products or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

We may deliver certain flower Products in bud to ensure longer life. Any other special Product information, for example, shelf life, shall be shown on our Website.

Please call if you want to know exactly what is available on a given day.

Some Products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous, for example Lillies are poisonous to cats, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact the Customer Services on: +44 (0) 1522 524169
